To regen data for this script: run /data/obs/ghcn/daily/automated_version/version_3/calc_sta_precip_delta_day_ptiles.R. This create the files in /data/obs/ghcn/daily/automated_version/version_3/cache_deltas
Then run: /data/obs/ghcn/daily/automated_version/version_3/make_json_deltas_v2.R
After that: cp -r /data/obs/ghcn/daily/automated_version/version_3/cache_deltas/icondir cache_deltas/icondir
After that: cd deltas ; cp -r /data/obs/ghcn/daily/automated_version/version_3/cache_deltas/2* .
